Connection Strategies

Our hope is that you  learn how to connect with your family in ways that will challenge, encourage, and strengthen you. These connection strategies are designed to become rhythms of your daily life enabling you to engage your family members in deeper more meaningful ways. 

We offer video coaching sessions, where we introduce you to multiple connection strategies that will be demonstrated during the session.  Each session is personalized through a brief consultation to determine your needs and how we can best support you.
